Our founder began her career as a sales representative in the LED industry.
With strong enthusiasm, a down-to-earth work ethic, and the courage to speak honestly and professionally when facing challenges, she quickly earned the trust and recognition of her management.

The turning point came at an industry exhibition.

One day, a simply dressed visitor walked into the booth. While others paid little attention, she welcomed the visitor with the same warmth and professionalism—listening carefully, explaining patiently, and treating the conversation with genuine respect.

Later, she discovered that this “ordinary visitor” was in fact an investor. Deeply impressed by her sincerity and professionalism, this encounter opened the door to future cooperation.

Although she achieved initial success in the LED industry, increasing competition and severe market saturation made it difficult for small companies to sustain long-term growth. To keep her vision alive, she worked while building her own business, even living in the factory to reduce costs—persisting through every challenge.

An opportunity later arose when a friend introduced her to the CNC machining industry.
She quickly recognized that while there were many machining factories in the market, very few truly understood the value of service.

Sharing the same vision, she and the investor decided to transition into CNC machining, bringing proven service concepts, management experience, and a customer-first mindset into a highly technical industry often focused only on production.

Today, this persistence has grown into long-term trust from customers around the world.
