This year was characterized not only by the continued refinement of its precision manufacturing capabilities but also by advancements in market expansion, system construction, and internal efficiency.

Regarding market and customer communication, REKO participated in a Russian industry exhibition for the first time in June, engaging in face-to-face exchanges with professional clients from different regions and further expanding its international market perspective. In November, the company team visited long-term partners and potential collaborators in Europe, engaging in in-depth discussions on project execution, technical requirements, and long-term cooperation models, thereby laying a stronger foundation for future collaborations.

In terms of branding and external presentation, REKO officially launched its independent website, systematically showcasing the company's manufacturing capabilities, quality management system, and project experience, providing overseas clients with a clearer, more stable, and reliable information window. The establishment of this platform further enhanced REKO's professional image and communication efficiency in the international market.

In terms of internal operations and efficiency improvement, REKO independently developed and implemented the RPA system to support daily process management and data processing, reduce repetitive work, improve information flow efficiency, and provide more reliable data support for engineering, production, and management decisions.

Regarding management system construction, REKO successfully passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification. This certification not only recognizes existing quality management processes but also establishes a more solid institutional foundation for the company in terms of standardization, traceability, and continuous improvement.

Throughout the year, REKO maintained a consistent focus on precision CNC machining, process stability, and execution quality. Through close collaboration between engineering, production, quality, and functional departments, REKO maintained consistency across all stages of processing, inspection, and delivery, continuously supporting the stable progress of high-precision customized parts projects.

This year, REKO did not pursue rapid expansion but instead gradually solidified its manufacturing capabilities, management system, and international communication foundation through a series of key milestones, continuing to move forward at a reliable, stable, and sustainable pace of development.
