REKO Relocates to a New Factory
To enhance production capacity and service quality, REKO officially relocated to its new factory on June 24, 2024. The upgraded facility offers a larger space, advanced equipment, and comprehensive improvements in production and management systems, marking a significant milestone in REKO’s journey toward smart manufacturing and standardized operations. This move ensures a better working environment for employees and more efficient, high-quality services for customers.

Ushering in a New Era of Smart Manufacturing
Looking back, every step tells a story of determination and growth. In the early days, REKO’s factory was located on the second floor of a rented building with a total area of only 700 square meters. The space was cramped, production layout was limited, and without an independent yard, both transportation and daily operations were inconvenient. Even the staff cafeteria was far from the factory, making daily meals a hassle. Yet, in that humble space, we took our first steps—completing orders, winning customers’ trust, and building the solid foundation for REKO’s growth.
A New Factory for a New Chapter
Today, things have completely changed. Our new factory features a spacious independent courtyard with 1,000 square meters of open space in front, greatly facilitating cargo handling and vehicle access. Visitors can immediately sense REKO’s growing strength. The core production area, covering 1,500 square meters, is now equipped with 34 machines, including 6 newly installed advanced CNC units, greatly boosting production capacity. The workshop can accommodate up to 60 machines, leaving ample room for future expansion and technological upgrades.
In addition, the new production workshop has achieved a comprehensive upgrade in layout design and management standards. The raw material, machining, quality control, and finished product storage areas are clearly divided, ensuring a smoother workflow and eliminating the clutter and transport inconvenience seen in the old factory. All equipment is now integrated with the MES system for real-time production monitoring and early anomaly warnings. Combined with the ERP system, this allows for fully integrated management of materials, inventory, and production scheduling, greatly improving production transparency and responsiveness. An independent QC and inspection room equipped with high-precision CMMs, roughness testers, and other professional instruments ensures full-process quality control and traceability from raw material to shipment. The workshop is also fitted with central dust collection and oil mist filtration systems, creating a cleaner, more environmentally friendly production environment that reflects REKO's commitment to green manufacturing.
Comprehensive Functional Areas to Support Growth
Additionally, the new facility includes well-planned functional areas: a 350-square-meter raw material warehouse and a 250-square-meter finished goods warehouse, both clearly zoned to ensure smooth logistics; a 100-square-meter quality inspection and testing room with professional equipment to guarantee strict quality control; a 50-square-meter product showroom to display REKO’s innovations and craftsmanship; a spacious and bright 700-square-meter office area that enhances the working environment; and a clean, convenient 100-square-meter cafeteria within the factory grounds, solving the previous dining inconvenience for our staff.
Upgraded Quality Inspection for Reliable Assurance
REKO’s new factory is equipped with a dedicated 100-square-meter Quality Inspection Department, designed to ensure strict control over product quality at every stage of production. Operating in full compliance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, the department oversees the entire inspection process, from raw material reception to final product shipment. The facility features advanced inspection equipment, including high-precision Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), projectors, roughness testers, and hardness testers, enabling comprehensive assessments of part dimensions, geometric tolerances, surface finishes, and material properties.
A rigorous multi-level inspection process—comprising first article inspection, in-process checks, and final inspections—ensures that every production batch meets exact customer and internal specifications. Critical dimensions and tolerance points are thoroughly evaluated, with 100% inspection or sampling conducted as required to prevent any non-conforming products from reaching clients. To guarantee complete traceability, detailed inspection records are maintained for all raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products, fully integrated with the factory's ERP and MES systems. This allows any quality issues to be quickly traced back to specific processes, machines, or operators, enabling prompt corrective actions and preventive measures. The Quality Inspection Department is staffed by a team of experienced engineers and inspectors who are highly trained in blueprint interpretation, precision measurement techniques, and defect analysis. Their expertise ensures that all inspection activities are carried out with objectivity, accuracy, and reliability. In addition, the department conducts regular quality analysis and improvement meetings to review customer feedback, process deviations, and defect occurrences, driving continuous process optimization and elevating overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
