Why Packaging Matters

At REKO, we believe that precision machining and strict inspection mean little if parts are damaged during transport.
CNC components are often high-precision and surface-sensitive. Even minor scratches, impacts, or compression in international shipping can make parts unusable, delay projects, and disrupt supply chains.
That’s why packaging is not just the final step—it is the final quality safeguard.
It ensures every part arrives protected, usable, and exactly as intended, delivering our quality all the way to your door.

REKO Packaging Standards

At REKO, we use a strict and standardized packaging system to make sure every part arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Small parts are protected with weighing bags or blister packs, while heavier components over 10KG are packed with multi-layer foam or custom wooden boxes.
All boxes are carefully arranged with partitions and fillers to avoid gaps and prevent collisions during transport.
Each carton is fully sealed for strength and moisture protection, and every package is clearly labeled for easy identification.
This ensures every shipment is delivered clean, safe, and professional—reflecting our commitment to quality from the first step to the last.

Conventional Packaging Materials

1. The below are REKO's regular packaging materials.
2. Arrange the packaging of each product around the requirements of "neat, clean, beautiful and safe".
3. Provide suitable packaging according to different structures, different weights or other special requirements.
4. If you have other special requirements, please communicate with our sales staff in time after the order is confirmed.

Single product Weight

If the weight of the parts is about 0.5KGS, the product is packed in bubble bags and then a layer of 3T cotton is added to enhance protection.

If the weight of the parts is about 1KGS, the product will be packed in bubble bags and then a layer of 5T cotton will be added for enhanced protection.

Four layers of protection:
1. One layer of foam packing.
2. Customized foam box.
3. Packed in a carton separately.

Regardless of the size of the box, 8 corner guards are added to prevent damage to parts during violent loading and unloading

All outer cartons must be sealed 360° to increase the firmness and moisture resistance of the cartons.

Each box shall not exceed 13KGS

Standard requirements

1. Contents on product labels:

1) REKO logo.
2) Product pictures.
3) Basic product information (product name, quantity, material, surface treatment, weight)
4) PI number, outer box size, number of outer boxes

2. Two labels are affixed to each outer box, one on the front and one on the back. 3. The labels are affixed to the same position on the outer box and must not be affixed crookedly.
