Rular Chan, Sales Supervisor, who managed customer communication, coordinated project follow-ups, and ensured alignment between customer expectations and REKO’s services.
Impact of the European Customer Visits
1. Customer Impact
The European customer visits supported clearer and more efficient communication between both sides.
Through face-to-face discussions, customers were able to explain project requirements, technical concerns, and application contexts in greater detail.
The visits also helped identify potential project risks at an earlier stage, allowing expectations around machining feasibility, tolerance control, and delivery planning to be clarified in advance.
As a result, customers gained a more aligned understanding of project execution and technical coordination.
2.Internal Impact
The customer visits provided REKO with direct insight into customer expectations and local market requirements across different European regions.
Information gathered during the discussions supported more accurate internal planning for machining processes, quality control, and project coordination.
In addition, joint participation from management, technical, and sales team members improved internal alignment, enabling clearer communication and more efficient collaboration across departments following the visits.
Customer Feedback
During the visit, our customers spoke highly of REKO’s overall performance.
They recognized not only the consistent product quality, but also the responsiveness and professionalism of our service team.
From quotation and technical communication to production follow-up and delivery coordination, REKO’s ability to respond quickly and address issues proactively has helped reduce their project risks and improve efficiency.
This feedback reinforces our commitment to providing reliable machining solutions, not just parts.
Conclusion
This European visit focused on strengthening existing partnerships and exploring opportunities for collaborative innovation. The delegation held multiple in-depth discussions with the management, engineering, and procurement teams of our partners. Through open and candid face-to-face communication, the visit delivered results that far exceeded expectations:
1. Building Deep Trust and Strengthening the Foundation of Cooperation
Direct, in-person engagement significantly enhanced mutual trust. A strong example is a key customer with an annual cooperation value exceeding USD 8,000, whose confidence in REKO increased markedly following the visit. The customer is currently planning to establish a subsidiary in China in 2026 and has clearly expressed a preference for locating the new operation as close to REKO as possible to enable closer collaboration. They have also scheduled a dedicated visit to REKO in May 2026 to jointly discuss the subsidiary setup and subsequent deep integration plans. This milestone reflects a clear evolution of our relationship—from a simple transactional model to becoming an essential part of each other’s strategic development.
2. Gaining Precise Insights to Create Synergistic Value
This visit allowed us to go deep into our customers’ production facilities and gain a more comprehensive, first-hand understanding of their overall requirements. We learned that after sourcing precision components from REKO, customers still undertake complex downstream assembly and testing processes. This insight is of significant strategic value. It enables REKO not only to better manage order progress, but also to proactively consider how to optimize our products and services to integrate more efficiently and seamlessly into our customers’ full production workflows—creating greater shared value together.
3. Upgraded Communication: From Transactions to Win-Win Collaboration
Beyond traditional email inquiries and order-based communication, this visit established direct, high-level dialogue channels. We clearly sensed that partners were more willing to share market trends, technical challenges, and long-term plans. When addressing customer feedback or production fluctuations, this trust-based communication mechanism significantly improved problem-solving efficiency and collaboration willingness, accelerating the transition from a “buyer–supplier” relationship toward a true partnership.
4. Deepened Relationships and a Shared Strategic Vision
Among the ten companies visited, cooperation levels were comprehensively elevated. Three companies have formally been upgraded to REKO’s strategic partners, with dedicated collaborative mechanisms established in areas such as lead-time optimization, payment terms, and sample support. In addition, six companies have clearly designated REKO as their core supplier. These outcomes clearly demonstrate the strong recognition of REKO’s product quality, technical capabilities, and service philosophy in the European market.
Encouraged by the outcomes of this European visit, REKO is also planning customer visits to the UK and the USA in 2026, continuing to strengthen communication with partners and support future project development.
