REKO Adds 6 New CNC Machining Centers to Boost Precision
To enhance its capability in precision manufacturing and fast delivery of complex machined parts, REKO has recently invested in six new CNC machines—four BaoYu V75 5-axis machining centers (X170Y270Z100mm) and two JG-640 4-axis machines (X340Y200Z100mm). This upgrade is a strategic step to improve REKO’s efficiency, surface finish accuracy, and flexibility in handling customized CNC machining projects for industries such as aerospace, automotive, motorcycle, and medical devices.

Overview
Compared to traditional 3-axis machines, multi-axis CNC equipment enables more accurate and efficient multi-surface machining, especially for sloped surfaces, thin-walled structures, and asymmetric parts. The new machines reduce setup times, increase part consistency, and support tighter tolerances—meeting the high expectations of clients in Europe and North America.
In addition, two new 2D inspection systems have been added to strengthen quality control at every stage of the production process. With these tools, REKO can now conduct faster and more accurate dimensional inspections, ensuring higher traceability and lower defect rates.
With the new equipment in place, REKO anticipates a 30% increase in production capacity. Thanks to better per-unit efficiency, the company will also be able to offer more competitive pricing on certain parts, especially standardized components with moderate complexity.
Looking ahead, REKO plans further investment in larger-travel 5-axis CNC machines, horizontal machining centers, and inline inspection systems. Integration with a smart MES scheduling system is also on the roadmap, supporting the transition toward automated, transparent, and digitalized production.
